United Cash Loans payday loans just loansharking in electronic clothing Nationwide Ripoff Internet
United Cash Loans is a payday loan company. They are basically nothing more then Loans Sharks, using the internet to hide their location. If you borrow money from them, be sure to read the fine print. If you borrow $300.00 from them, you will be charged $90.00 per pay period to pay it back. Totaling $360. SO it looks like they are making 20%, not great, but not horrible either. What they DONT tell you up front is that if you dont pay the entire amount up front, then the $90.00 go to administrative charges Then when you do start paying down the loan, you pay $90, $50 goes towards your outstanding balance, $40 to interest. So on your avg $300 loan you will pay $360 in interest in the first 4 weeks, then $40 for the next 8 weeks, $320. So you've now paid $680 NOT INCLUDING THE orginal $300.00 loan! They will access you account reguardless of if you ask them not to or not. If they cause you to overdraft you account, they not only will not take any corrective action, but they charge you an addition $30 plus hit you with two payments on your next payday. They will give you no company related information if you call and ask them, nor will they allow a mailing address. They hide under many many different company names across the internet. When I spoke to them, and compalined, the customer service rep could not have cared less, and said that the only way that I could stop them from taking money from my account was to close it, and if I did, a collection agency would show up at my house to collect. A not so vailed threat...? Modern day loan sharks, that is all they are. MrCoffee New Hampshire, New HampshireU.S.A.

United Cash Loans Fast Cash stold money from my checking acct , Internet
On 02/21/11 I applied online for a quick loan. I recieved a call back to verify info & was asked for my checking acct info to direct deposit the gauranteed loan into my acct. The person I spoke to insisted I would recieve a line of credit acct to better increase my credit rating, telling me there would be a one time fee of $99.00. I repeated several times that I did not want this service. On 02/23/11 The $99.00 was deducted from my checking acct!! I contacted my bank by email & the response was to file a dispute but no money would be replaced in my acct until the dispute is settled. On 03/01/11 another $99.49 was removed from my acct from the same company. I spoke with a bank rep who told me the same thing as I got in the first email--had to go thru the dispute process. I am now overdrawn in my acct & cannot afford to pay any of this back to the bank. My only income is SSD benefits'.  I did not recieve the loan nor did anyone contact me to say I was denied--no communication at all!!

United Loans $300.00 quick & easy Cash Loan Internet
I has done some online surveys to see If I could get a loan, fair loan, with fair regulations, and i nterest rate for $1000.00, not knowing, I was okay'd for a $300.00 cash loan, that was transefered into my banking account, and I am now having to pay back $900.00 for this loan, this is absolutly ridiculous, when you call the help line, or customer services line, there is absolutly no services, when I was trying to dispute this loan, I was told I couldnt speak with a manager, I had to be put on a call back list, to which I never received a call back, this happened to me a total of three times. Good thing is, I put a dispute in with my bank, who fought agains it, and United Loans stopped withdrawing funds, and zero'd out my apparent balance with them. United Loans, is a company that works with absolutly no Integrity what so ever, and I would not recommend there services to anyone! Anon Salem, MassachusettsU.S.A.

500 Fast Cash, United Cash Loans 500 FAST CASH AND UNITED CASH LOANS RUINED MY LIFE mimi, Oklahoma
I borrowed 350.00 dollars from 500 Fast Cash Loans in August of 2009 these people have taken a total of 925.00 dollars from my account. The last two months I had called their 800 number and was told debt was close to being paid off, well that was a lie in  order to keep account open. LOAN CAN NEVER be paid back a, SCAM carried out by cyber criminals out of Oklahoma . My bank is not helping me  with this problem (Pacific Trust bank Chula Vista CA) because I did not in August, inform them that 500 Fast Cash was going to commit a fraud against me. I am being penalized by both the predatory lenders and the banks  who are their partners in crime ,when will it all end. Consumers finish last. I will file a complain the Federal Regulatory agency that oversees my bank.

United Cash Loans ripoff on loan borowed 450.00 end up paying back close to 2000.00 Internet
I borowed 450.00 on 8/28/06 , and every other week they renew it for 4 times instead of putting the money toward the loan so they take 135.00 every other week and then they statr taking 50.00 bi weekly toward the loan but have already gotten over what I borowed. Now they take 185.00 and put 50.00 of that toward the loan and everytime they take more money until you pay it off they charge you about 100.00 plus every other week plus the paymnt. Why do they renew it without taking money toward the loan 4 times before they start putting the money toward the loan . This is a ripoff and all need to stay clear of this company. United Cash Loans Continually deducts various amounts randomly from my checking account. Online Only Internet
I filed for a loan on 6/13/06, for $200. On 6/23/06 $80.00 was deducted from my checking account. Again on 7/7 $75 was deducted. On 7/13 another $80 was deducted and on 7/21 $70 was deduction. My loan was supposed to be paid in full on my next pay day, which it wasn't. They have charged me $305 on a $200 loan. It was my understanding when I signed the online contract was that I would pay the interest fees plus a 50$ payment to principal. When I signed the electronic agreement the payments were to be deducted on a bi-weekly basis. There seems to be no pattern to the deductions. Some of there are electronic transfers from my account to GFSIL Others are paper checks that have been mailed to my bank. This has caused me to overdraw my checking account and incur hundreds of dollars in fees because I never know when it's going to happen and frankly, I don't have enough money to keep a buffer of $80 in my account at all times. If you calculate the 305$ they have already charged me, plus over draft and bounced check fees this company has easily cost me over $1,000!! There is a reason I needed a pay day loan in the first place and it wasn't so I could live on speghetti o's because of all their outrageous charges!! I need help on what to do next. I plan on going into my bank tomorrow and requesting them to no longer allow any kind of activity from this company. As far as what to do next I'm clueless. Someone please help me!! Lindsey Cape Girardeau, MissouriU.S.A. Click here to read other Rip Off Reports on Best Buy EDitor's Suggestions on how to get your money back! HERE IS WHAT RIP-OFF REPORT SUGGESTS YOU DO: Go to your bank within 60 days of the charge, or as soon as you know about the charge, don't delay, and tell them that there has been fraudulent activity within your account. Explain that you wish to file a dispute, and demand that they assist you in accordance with Federal Regulation E. According to the majority of victims interviewed by Rip-off Report, those who immediately called their banks to dispute the charges did not get very far. Many victims got the following responses from their banks: we could not do anything for you or you waited too long; it hasbeenmore than 60 days. If the bank is says that you have waited too long, explain to them how you called their 800 number as soon as the charges were found, and were told by the bank that nothing could be done. Remind the bank that they failed to assist youproperly at the 800 #, and instead, provided you with an inadequate explanation of your right to dispute. Tell the bank that it's their fault time has expired, and since they gave you the wrong info to begin with, they will just have to dealwith it,take the loss and reverse the charges. Tell them the truth; this was unauthorized and your account was NOT to be charged! Keep emphasizing how you never authorized anything! Direct them to the hundreds of victims reports that were filed on Rip-off Report.com. And if you're at the bank, walk them over to their computer and make them go to this site! If you are on the phone with them, tell them you will wait while they access this site! Either way, be persistent! DO NOT TAKE NO FOR AN ANSWER! Let them know nicely, that you were advised to Report them (the Bank) and this situation to the Banking Commission in your state. Since each state has a different name for the agency/controller over banks, find that name before you call or get to the bank so you can throw it in their face. The more knowledgeable you appear to be, the further you will get. And just continue to demand the Federal Regulation E form! The bank CAN, MUST and WILL reverse the charge! But, you must be persistent; ask to speak to the supervisor or the area manager for all the branches in the state. Let the bank personnel know you are meeting with the media later in the day, that you would much rather they do the right thing (as most other banks have) by looking at the complaints and immediately reversing the chargetruth. If you have to, be loud (but nice) in front of other customers. If you are just calling by phone, the above tactics still worshould k. The bank can easily faxor mail toyou the Federal Regulation E dispute form.

United Cash Loans ripoff harrassment Carson City Nevada
United Cash Loans and I went around with each other more then once since March. First I had been going through a series of jobs when I took out their payday loan. I tried to explain to them that another had taken out money from my account that wasn't supposed to have been taken out yet and left me a negative balance and that I would send them their money through mail. They told me they couldn't do anything about that that I had already authorized them to do so, so the money from them was taken out of a negative account balance, leaving me in more of a minus balance with my bank. I was struggling, I had paid off one debt, and still had the bank to pay and others as well including United Cash loans, but worked something out after they already took the money out of my account to send them money by mail. At first I sent them exactly what they wanted for their first payment by money order, but they continued to call and harrass for more money, the second ones were sent at 60 dollars a piece through mail no more then a week apart, which equalled to their second payment they wanted, but that wasn't good enough for them, and that's when they decided to call and harrass me over the phone even more. I believe it was a rip off because I first told them not to take the money out of a negative account that I was trying to get caught up. What did it for me was the point that I was sending payments in, no matter if the payments weren't exactly the amount they wanted each time. The debt was getting paid off, and one of their customer representatives called me and completely had me in tears over the phone. A relative of mine took the phone away when she overheard the conversation from another room. He was rude, he degraded me for not sending the full balance that they wanted, and he harrassed her as well by punching numbers in over the phone while she was telling him to stop calling. So he not only harrassed me, but harrassed another as well. Then months later after I hadn't received anything by mail from them because I told them I wasn't going to be bothered by phone due to their harrassment they decide to leave me a voicemail stating that if I didn't pay the 110 dollars that the DA which I'm assuming means District Attorney would be contacting me, so in order to avoid court. I agreed for them to take the remaining balance out next week off my new checking account. If I had no intentions of paying this off I would've just let it go, but I didn't. I'm the one who's worked things out all along with them and put up with harrassment to me and another family member as well. A person should not be harrassed for sending in money to a creditor or business even if it's not the money the others asked for at least it's some money towards paying a debt off, and actually United Cash Loans shouldn't be getting anymore money from me for the stress they put me through with their phone calls. There are rules out there. I read them; one is that collection agencies, business, creditors, etc cannot harrass others by phone. I think United Cash Loans broke this rule and something should be done about it. Brenda San Angelo, TexasU.S.A.

United Cash Loans Deceptive collection practices, vague disclosure of repayment terms Nationwide Internet
I received a three hundred dollar loan and expected to have the loan principle and interest deducted from my account at my next payday. Unfortunately, in very small print, on one of the loan documents, it states that they will assume you want the loan extended at your next payday date, unless you inform them in writing 3 full days in advance with a form they provide. This form is generated to your email 1 (one) day before before your next payday, and is dated, so they can automatically collect an extra $90 ( in my case) before the loan is paid in full. This constitutes deceptive practice in my opinion, and I am interested in a class action suit. Swannie Sunland, CaliforniaU.S.A.

United Cash Loans UnitedCashLoan is a total ripoff Orange California
I am a single parent of two young children and I went on line to get a loan in December so I could get Christmas gifts for my children and I had nothing but trouble trying to pay this company off. United Cash Loan took $90.00 out of my account on two seperate occasions and when I realized what was going on I closed my checking account. I got a money order for the balance I owed the company and mailed it to their corporate office. It was impossible to find a phone number, address or contact their office. The only way you can get ahold of them or the only way they will disclose a phone number is when they are calling to collect more money. They give you the number and extention of some person in their company. I hope something will be done about these kind of scams soon because I cannot afford to pay anymore money then I have already paid. What was a $300 loan turns out to be more like $500 or $600. It is really sad had people can operate in this kind of business. Lisa Orange, CaliforniaU.S.A.

United Cash Loans - Please help me stop the scam! Internet
In a moment of desparation I borrowed $150 from United Cash Loans, and set it up with them to pay it back in $45 increments. I would end up paying $195 by the end of the loan period, but I figured that's what I get for having to use a company like this anyway. Near the end of my loan period I received an email saying that I need to electronically sign a new loan document saying that I needed to pay my loan in full (another $195) or my loan would be automatically be renewed to be paid in $45 increments. When I tried to contact them through their website to inform them that I didn't want to renew the loan at all, I found to my dismay that the website will no longer come up. And to top it all off, after my original loan was paid off, another $45 payment was drafted from my account, indicating that they had automatically renewed my loan. What can I do to get these crooks off of my back! Anyone out there that can help, please respond! Lori Morganton, North CarolinaU.S.A.

United Cash Loans, Ambassador Collections Payday Advance of $300 Internet
I am reporting the company Ambassador Collections. I took out a loan in August of 2005 and they have taken out $45.00 from my check since then, including this month.I called and told them that it does not take almost 2 years to pay off $300. The representative told me that unless I call or notify me that they only take out the interest and periodical paydowns. That is bull. I asked how much it is to pay off the loan now almost two years later and they told me they could immediately debit $150 or at the end of the month or they will take out $195 at the end of this month. They said that would end the debits. This is highway robbery and something needs to be done. Don't use this company. They are extortionists taking advantage of people in need. My loan was paid off technically over a year ago and I have now paid doubled. Watch your accounts. AE Nashville, TennesseeU.S.A.

United Cash Loans Fraud, Billing Errors, Overcharging You ripoff Miami Oklahoma
Seems that I myself am in the same boat as you all are. I borrowed $250.00 for an emergency on Dec 27, 2006. Here it is, April 6th, and yesterday, they debited out $50.00 and $45.00 as well. I finally got through to them on their phone line. Teresa told me, the first 4 $75.00 charges were service charges to carry the loan until I made my first payments. Then, after that, the first $50.00 payment took care of my principle, then the $75.00 was a service charge. The service charge will go down $15.00 everytime I make a payment. This is complete crap and its fraudulent. No where in anything I read, did it say anything about this. Not even before you accepted the deal, after you accepted it or in anything they are supposed to send you. (I didnt get sent anything in the mail or email) I talked with my bank and all my credit union told me to do was to close my account and open another one. This would stop the payments to them. However, someone said filling out a REG E would work, my credit union doesnt even know what that is. Also, The man I spoke to said, its between me and United Cash loans as to my fees taken out of my bank and the money. That is horse crap right there. Anyways, so far, they have taken out $630.00! for a $250.00! loan. When they get done, it will be around $850.00! SCAM ARTIST! never borrow money on the internet. None of the cash loan companies in Huntsville, AL even charge that much for payday loans. This is utterly ridiculous. I filed a BBB report with OKLAHOMA's BBB division. Hopefully something can come about. We all should start a class action lawsuit against them. Jason Gurley, AlabamaU.S.A.

United Cash Loans Scam-No Way to Contact-Puts You in Default Miami Oklahoma
I wish had known about this web site prior to getting a Pay Day loan through this company. I have gotten one through them and it is impossible to pay it off. To date, after borrowing $100, I have paid them $330 because you cannot reach them. The phone numbers they list and send in the e-mail you cannot get a human without an extension number and the e-mail address they provide you with is BOGUS!!! I do not know how to handle this company or my loan and am looking for advice from others who have shared this same experience. I would love to have a stop payment order issued through my bank, however am afraid that if I do that they will go through me at my job. I cannot begin to tell you how many times I have tried contacting them at both 800-279-8511 and 800-354-0602 and never get an answer. Then when I try to fax them, the same thing happens. I cannot transmit. Their e-mail address is returned as postmaster error - undeliverable, yet they use that address to send an occasional email. I do not know what to do but I strongly suggest that if you need a payday loan,...DO NOT get one through this company!!!! Contacted united cash loans concerning a possible cash advance. Did not ever confirm any cash loan. They owe us to this date the amount of 764.00 plus for nine overdrafts, amounting to another 225.00. The total comes up to 989.00 because my regular monthly checks bounced due to the amount that they withdrew w\o our knowing it. Our bank spent a lot of time working with us today to point out each withdrawal that cash loans took from us. We have paperwork to show to be able to prove this and the bank is on our side.
