ZAZZLE - Zazzle.com Christmas order never received Internet
Ordered two T shirts for Grandson to give to his Uncle for Christmas. Placed order on Dec 14.  They said that dark colors take longer so we ordered light colors. Shipping data shows was not processed for shipment for four more days.  Dec 18-23 never left California.  Shipping info shows stuck in Chelmsford MA since Dec 23. Today is Dec 28. I did email them twice with requests for updates on shipping.  Their terse reply simply stated that it was in transit. I contacted shipper (UPS) and they told me that the company should have told me that the way they were sending this was time consuming and cheap.  Not only the slowest UPS option but also that it is turned over to USPS in Massachusetts (because of the cheap shipping option) and I won't get it for several more days. I ordered this on 12/14 and will not get it before December 31 from UPS' prediction.

Zazzle Sent the wrong product! San Jose, California
Ordered one (1) off color greeting card on 12-27-2009 (Sun) on line through their web site. Product not shipped until 01-02-2010 and received on 02-05-2010. Item was incorrect and for another customer. NO phone nr. list on included invoice? After much navigation problems, I sent an email and received a response in three (3) hours with a phone nr. to call. Called and got CS. CS reviewed order and my note was not located or available. The card was to have a printed note inside. Requested a Manager and only got a Floor Lead person. He was very adept at deflecting my questions such as why no phone number available and even not on  the invoice. Agreed that the shipping time was excessive. I complained about the web site not being user friendly' to no avail. Requested general managers name and was refused since this is a privately held company. He offered to to send me the correct card overnight mail. The mail has been delivered and no card! I think they are operating a smoke & mirrors operation. Most likely they stock nothing and simply act as a promoter.

Zazzle A glorified (but ten times worse) Vista Print Internet
I ordered invitations. I emailed the company to ask them to check the appearance of the layout before printing because I didn't want them printed wrong. They emailed me back with a response of changes to the layout itself cannot happen. I wasn't asking for the pictures or anything to be changed. I wanted them to make sure the lines that were there were even. Well they printed them anyway and they were wrong. I returned them and the company refused to credit me any portion of the return costs for shipping. They had the nerve to say the lines were my design error!! They are a rip off. This company's products aren't as nice in person as on line. Don't waste your time or your money on this website. Its like Vista print. Spend the extra few bucks on the other sites for a much more superior product and way more helpful customer service.

Zazzle ripoff would not refund money Menlo Park California
I ordered 3 personalized t-shirts and they sent me the wrong size for all of them and forgot the writing on the back of one shirt. I emailed them to report the problem and get a refund. They gave me a return number to mail back with the shirts which is their policy and I did that at my own expense within 30 days. Since then which was 3 months ago I have emailed them multiple times, 4 to be exact, and all of which have gone unanswered and my order still unrefunded. They post no phone or fax numbers and I have complained through 3 email addresses that they have. They basically stole 60 dollars from me and are now ignoring that fact. Dont make the same mistake I did. Zazzle is a terrible company who should have their better business bureau membership revoked unless their lying about that too. ZAZZLE - Zazzle.com takes the money and runs Menlo Park California
I ordered the CUSTOMIZED STAMPS as part of their Christmas Joliday Advertisement with only 1.99 shipping. I ordered two sets at 16.99 each set plus S & H. So we're talking over 40.00. They took my credit card information. I went back a few days later to TRACK my order & my account showed NO PICTURES, NO ORDER, NO NOTHING. Yet my account was charged. I tried to contact them seveal times via email & they NEVER RESPONDED. I can't believe people in the name of a Christian Holiday -- like Christmas -- would lure people to buy a product and then RIP them off. God help us all, what is the world coming to? Zazzle Reneges on Promises; Lies; Right Hand Does Not Know What Left is Doing; Hides Problems Internet
1. For the last 4 years Zazzle encouraged store owners to customize their store using CSS, XHTML, and XML. Then they suddenly discontinued this and forced all stores to follow the same format. All the time store owners took to learn and code CSS and XHTML, and XML is now wasted effort. All the money store owners spent to host their own domain for storing images for the purpose of skinning their store is now a wasted effort. Many store owners even went to the trouble of setting up their own offsite web sites which matched the look and appearance to drive traffic to their Zazzle store, but now their offsite web site does not match their the look and appearance of their Zazzle store. Yet, Zazzle continues to provide custom stores for big box sellers like Disney and South Park. So what we have here is another company building its business on the backs of small store owners and then giving them a knife in the back once they have become established and instead giving favor big box sellers. These big box sellers were not on the site when it began - it was small time store owners that built Zazzle. 2. Zazzle made claims many times that the custom html on individual product pages would not be touched with the last update in which they eliminated the custom stores, yet this is a lie because most of the tags, aside form the image and line break tag no longer work,. This means many store owners will have to go through many thousands of products and fix that product's custom description area because the html no longer works'. Store owners will also have to wonder how much longer it will take Zazzle to suddenly announce another update, which will then cause store owners to fix thousands of products again?. Zazzle has also started to hide much of the product description by default, which requires customers to click a link to see the information;. 3. Zazzle fails to provide store owner's a place to publish their own terms of service (tos) to help legally protect their designs!. Instead, Zazzle tells store owners they are protected by Zazzle's own user agreement. This is not true at all. Zazzle's user agreement is there to protect Zazzle and certainly provides no protection to store owners in regards to sites outside of Zazzle that may steal store owner's designs. Zazzle's lawyers make Zazzle place copyright notices and a link to their user agreement on every Zazzle page for Zazzle's protection, yet Zazzle prevents store owners from publishing the same information in their own stores. Not having a tos statement in your store may seriously jeopardize any legal actions you may choose to take against individuals who may steal designs from your store. For example, such as tos agreement can include a clause stating that anyone violating your agreement is agreeing to pay for all legal fees in regards to you taking legal action against them for violating the tos. Small store owners are regarded by Zazzle as second class citizens on Zazzle, not worth having their own legal protections in regard to their designs. Publishing your designs on Zazzle can place your work in legal jeopardy because you are unable to publish proper legal statements on Zazzle in regards to the use of your store and designs by others. A simply copyright statement is not enough, which is why Zazzle and many of big box sellers have their own tos. 4. Zazzle routinely abuses its users by removing their posts from their forums which point out problems with their products, stores, and Zazzle. Their customer service wants to put a smile on everything, but sweep the dirt under the carpet. One pathetic company period! Yet, if you contact them directly via their email they rarely provide any solution - they simply say they will forward your email to this and that division, while in the mean time store owners are left in limbo - damned if do and damned if they do not. Zazzle acts like their are a bunch of air head Valley girls form the 1980s who are all shiny on the outside, but have no substance. A arrogant company that does not listen to its customers, thinking it knows everything, will eventually die off. 5. If you want to know how seriously idiotic Zazzle customer service is check out this post (link below) in regards to a Zazzle customer wanting to honor his or her own 91 year old mother who helped save the U.S. during world War II. Zazzle customer service instead refers to his mother as a prisoner. http://www.ripoffreport.com/r/zazzle/internet-california-/zazzle-tanvir-content-management-tanvir-said-my-91yr-mother-is-a-convicted-criminal-inter-1018424 6. Zazzle has made recent changes in its associates program in regards to paying people for referring sales. By reading the store owner's posts on this matter in their forum, they clearly did not think this through - of course those posts are probably gone by now. 7. If you make posts on their forum, but you suddenly find you can no longer view their forum it likely means you've been banned. A way to check is to try to view the forum through a free web proxy. If you can then there is nothing wrong with their forum, your ip address has been banned (i.e., the web proxy has a different ip thus you can see it). Of course Zazzle will lie to saying it must be a problem with your computer, browser, and so forth. After you point out that you can view the forum via a proxy they will then typically ask for your ip address, but never admit to banning your ip. OK, then, why are you asking for my ip then? LOL, the fact that they can't tell what your ip is in the first place when you contact them tells me they are also technically incompetent. 8. Unless you are big box seller like Disney or South Park you can't rely on them for anything. I went through 3 different major recodings of my custom store, and spent money on hostings services only to have them throw all this work down the drain. Now I am faced with having to redo thousands of product pages once again, but why bother because they will once again change their site in another 6 months and I'll have to do it all over again. Another big question here is why are big brand like Disney and South Park supporting a site that hammers small time artists?

Zazzle stealware, ripping off artists, possible conflict of interest, covert activity Redwoods California Internet
I have been a artist with this Print on Demand Comany now for 12 years.   They have many unscrupulous actions against artists, customers, and affiliates, but most I would consider nothing that can be substantiated.  I am however extremely concerned with them affiliating their own products that their artists should be getting referrals for, by means of stealware.  They have hijacked links, added their referal codes to almost everything, and using redirecting to coax customers away from the artist recieving their referral.  It appears this started approximately 5 years ago, when they took away the artists Volume referral bonus program and almost immediately we started getting 3rd party sales verse referrals for items we diligently and some paid for promoting.   I have even had items my family has bought with my referal code, direct to their check out cart come back as a 3rd party sale, and I not only lost the referral but now get only half or less of my royalty as it goes to the 3rd party.   We are not informed on who gets this sale from us, but 3rd party sales have increased for me and others to over 50 percent of our sales, some get no sales anymore unless they are a 3rd party sale as Zazzle seems to be promoting certain items that we are not also.I and hundreds if not thousands of other artists feel that this is a conflict of interest for Zazzle to be affiliating their own products ontop of their already profits from our work.   If stealware is being used and its illegal then they need to be called on it, and have to show records on their affiliate sales , where they came from and pay back every artist they have hijacked their sales from.I hope someone acts on this.  The owners are either unaware or a part of this.  Zazzle is huge why they need to do this to the little man who made them what they are to day just does not pass the smell test.In ending, we are punished if we speak out on their forum, many banned for life.  Get warnings that we will lose our stores if we speak out, and as others here have posted are outcasted and our sales black listed some losing thousands of dollars a month overnight literally buy either having our designs and products dissapear or ranked so low after being best sellers no one can find them.    Maybe the owners care enough to find out what is going on or maybe they know, but someone needs to audit this company on where and how they get our referrals and how often.Thank You

Zazzle Complete Ripoff SCAM Menlo Park CA Poor customers service, complete ripoff and they outright LIE Menlo Park California
This company is a complete ripoff and offers the poorest customer service I have ever seen. They lure you to their site and get you to place an order and then the lies start. Once they have your order and money they CLAIM they are processing your order but they never do. They held my order for a week telling me on their site under the status that it was in PROCESSING, then I get an email saying they are not going to process my order because they were using an image on my order that violated trade mark laws. They are advertising this image on their site and selling products like shirts in which they offer to print the image on the shirt for you AND then they tell you they are knowingly violating trade marks! Wow! They actually openingly admit they are an unlawful company and are violating known laws. When they are confronted with the question, Why did you knowingly sell me an item that violates trade mark laws and why do you openingly advertise this item on your site? you get nothing but snide rude answers and a we do not care attitude. I told them I had ordered this as a present for my son and since they held me up for a week before even telling me that they decided not to fill the order to avoid getting in more trouble for selling these illegal items and their own response was too bad, have a nice day... AVOID THIS RIPOFF SCAM OPERATION at all cost. Even if they fill your order it very well may be an illegal copy with a trade mark violation since the reputable companies that own the trade marks do not seem to want to work with this poorly managed and run company. If you check zazzle on this site or any of the scam reporting sites you will see that they have many many complaints against them and all the complaints have the same types of issues; poor customer service, lack of customer serive, rude employees if you ever get an answer, and unfilled orders with no notice after they take your order and money. AVOID THIS ONE unless you like being disappointed and ripped off. James Methuen, MassachusettsU.S.A.

Zazzle Ripoff unauthorized debit card withdrawal Internet *EDitor's Suggestions on how to get your money back into your bank account!
I ordered a customized t-shirt through zazzle, through a promotion also affiliated with Disney, in which you could choose an image from a vast collection of licensed Disney images and add a name and/or number to the front or back of the shirt. I got my shirt in a timely fashion and like it quite a bit. However, a month or so later, I get an email from Zazzle informing me that they have finished production on my shirt and will be sending it to me. I assume this is a really late email referring to the shirt I already had and had already worn at least twice by this time, chalking it up to some little glitch in their email system or something, and delete it. Shouldn't have done that, I guess. I then receive a second shirt. Precisely like the first. That I did not order. That I did not want. (Why the crap would I want two identical freaking shirts.) I figure, 'well, I'm not paying to send this back when it was they're stupid mistake.' I do however leave it in the packaging with all its paperwork and such, just in case they try to screw me or something. I later get a bank statement and see that they CHARGED me, WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION, for this second shirt. I'd like to say that again for proper emphasis. THEY CHARGED MY CARD WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME OR GETTING ANY KIND OF AUTHORIZATION FROM ME. I then desperately search the site for SOME means of contacting them and demanding this be fixed. There are NO phone numbers on the site, only a few emails. I tried emailing them twice and never got any sort of response whatsoever. Nothing. Apparently there is no way to contact these people and receive any sort of response to FRAUDULENT WITHDRAWALS to your bank account. Apparently they can just charge your account anytime they d**n well please and you cannot do a thing about it. And they don't care. J. Springfield, IllinoisU.S.A. EDitor's Suggestions on how to get your money back! HERE IS WHAT RIP-OFF REPORT SUGGESTS YOU DO: Go to your bank within 60 days of the charge, or as soon as you know about the charge, don't delay, and tell them that there has been fraudulent activity within your account. Explain that you wish to file a dispute, and demand that they assist you in accordance with Federal Regulation E. According to the majority of victims interviewed by Rip-off Report, those who immediately called their banks to dispute the charges did not get very far. Many victims got the following responses from their banks: we could not do anything for you or you waited too long; it has been more than 60 days. If the bank is says that you have waited too long, explain to them how you called their 800 number as soon as the charges were found, and were told by the bank that nothing could be done. Remind the bank that they failed to assist you properly at the 800 #, and instead, provided you with an inadequate explanation of your right to dispute. Tell the bank that it's their fault time has expired, and since they gave you the wrong info to begin with, they will just have to deal with it, take the loss and reverse the charges. Tell them the truth; this was unauthorized and your account was NOT to be charged! Keep emphasizing how you never authorized anything! Direct them to the hundreds of victims reports that were filed on Rip-off Report.com. And if you're at the bank, walk them over to their computer and make them go to this site! If you are on the phone with them, tell them you will wait while they access this site! Either way, be persistent! DO NOT TAKE NO FOR AN ANSWER! Let them know nicely, that you were advised to Report them (the Bank) and this situation to the Banking Commission in your state. Since each state has a different name for the agency/controller over banks, find that name before you call or get to the bank so you can throw it in their face. The more knowledgeable you appear to be, the further you will get. And just continue to demand the Federal Regulation E form! The bank CAN, MUST and WILL reverse the charge! But, you must be persistent; ask to speak to the supervisor or the area manager for all the branches in the state. Let the bank personnel know you are meeting with the media later in the day, that you would much rather they do the right thing (as most other banks have) by looking at the complaints and immediately reversing the charge(s) to your account; no matter how long ago it was. Be sure to call the Media if necessary so you are telling the truth. If you have to, be loud (but nice) in front of other customers. If you are just calling by phone, the above tactics should still work. The bank can easily fax or mail to you the Federal Regulation E dispute form. CHARGES TO YOUR CREDIT CARD If the charge was to your credit card (not debit card, check card, or checking account), contact the credit card company as soon as possible to request a dispute form. Consumers usually have a little longer to dispute fraudulent credit card charges (up to 6 months), but it is better to act right away. In this type of situation, credit card disputes are usually successful since fraudulent companies often won't contest the disputed charge. In rare cases, credit card companies will review disputes, but refuse to reverse the charges. If this occurs, complain to a manager and let them know you will be filing a report here. Remember Don't let them get away with it! Make sure they make the Rip-off Report .. The more Reports filed on a Company or individual, the more likely it is that the authorities, media and attorneys will want to take action. And good luck Let us know how you do! Beware of Zazzle. If you are an artist beware considering registering with them beware. They won't respond to any of your serious concerns and will give you the lamest answer. I believe they are homophobic as well since they refuse to fix system glitches when the topic is an item for sale that is gay related.

Zazzle.com Zazzle rips-off sellers. Redwood City, California, USA Internet
I attached the body of my complaint to the Better Business Bureu:   Filed against : Zazzle.com, Inc.1900 Seaport Blvd Fl 4 Redwood City CA 94063-5588Complaint Description:Zazzle rips-off sellers. Zazzle uses unfair practices and favoritism in working with the sellers on their site. They (zazzle) told me one of my items was copyrighted and pulled it from the zazzle market. Yet when I pointed out products that are basically the very same design they do not pull those products from the market place. Since I have challenged their practices some more of my designs have disappeared from my stores. The items appear in my personal products list but not on my stores front page but if you click the link to the products (located in my personal list) that are gone you find the product, but if search the zazzle market place using the product name or meta tags the products do not exist. I feel what they have done is created a direct link from another website making the products only available from certain websites. As a means of punishing me for challenging their practices. Also since I have challenged their removing of my products from the market place I have not had any sales. I have also found that if a person does a google search for products from zazzle and the products appears in the search results, zazzle has attached an affiliate ID. Meaning that if a shopper were to buy that products the owner of said ID would reap a 15% affiliate referral bonus and the seller will get only his or her set royalty percentage of usually 5% or maybe 10%. I find the use of preset affiliate ID as steeling from the seller because a seller can advertise his or her own products with there own affiliate ID but the preset ID used by zazzle overrides the owner of the designs very own ID therefore steeling the 15% bonus from the person who did all of the work from the design to actually paying for advertising so the product can be found on the world wide web. Your Desired Resolution:I feel there is nothing that can be done to get the money back that zazzle has stolen from me by their means of shading dealings that range from unfairly removing products to overriding affiliate IDs with their own. I just want the BBB to investigate their unfair treatment of sellers. If I had the money to take my own legal action I would not be selling my designs on Zazzle and that is the rub. Zazzle.com Zazzle Scammed a shipping membership out of me. Poor customer service Internet, Internet
I ordered a product at Christmas from Zazzle.com .  One item. Ordered it, checked out, item was shipped and received.  31 days later I get an email from paypal saying that zazzle has charged me $9.95 for a shipping discount program. I certainly didn't need or want this - so I emailed Zazzle. They responded and said that since it was not within 30 days, I could not cancel, and they would not refund me $9.95.  This was seriously on day 31.  Until this email from paypal - I had no idea I had joined this ridiculous program.  No doubt I must have not unchecked a box during check out that booked me into this.  I emailed them again - before going here or elsewhere to post a complaint and asked one more time - that they were seriously not going to refund me 10 bucks because I emailed on day 31, and they have a 30 day policy.  They replied and said that is correct.  I was polite and simply requested the refund. They would not oblige.  FAIL Zazzle.com . Poor customer service, and scamming people out of a shipping program.  Who wants that? You are not Amazon prime.  I truly hope this post costs you at least 10 dollars worth of business. Something that could have easily been rectified by simply treating a customer like a customer. I strongly advise against ordering any single item from Zazzle.com based on their shady business practices and poor customer service.

Zazzle.com Zazzle THIS COMPANY SHOULD AND PROBABLY WILL GO OUT OF BUSINESS! Redwood City California
BUYER BEWARE! We placed a time-sensitive order for custom wedding thank you stamps on 8/1/17. The production time promised was 2-3 days and an additional 4-7 days shipping. It has now been 15 days and our order status still says it's in production with no further update. We ordered from this company back in April and received it on the 4th day, no issues, and we were very happy with the custom wedding stamps we received. But something changed with their company between then and now. As of today, the promised delivery timeframe previously noted in our order details has all of the sudden disappeared. I contacted customer service a few days ago via e-mail inquiring about the status of our order and they could not give me a production or delivery ETA at this time. Today I gave them a call and was put on hold for 30 minutes. The rep took me in circles, telling me he could not give me an ETA but rest assured he has bumped our order up in priority and upgraded shipping, which is zero help if they don't actually ship the order out. But the more questions I asked and the deeper I dug for answers, the more he stuttered and got flustered. At one point he let it slip that their printers were broken. I asked him for a partial refund for the trouble since he admitted it was their fault and while I was on hold once more, I decided to search for reviews online. Low and behold, lots of new negative reviews have been popping up within the past couple weeks and even more within the past day or two. Everyone's problem is the same - they have not received their orders either and have been given various excuses such as printers being broken, their company moving facilities, running out of materials, items being out of stock, etc. I verified that the company did indeed move locations in recent months and I'm not sure what the problem is, but they obviously cannot produce the orders customers are placing for whatever reason and they are continuing to lie about it! Why not list a longer/delayed production time on their website? Why not shut down temporarily until they solve whatever issues are going on there? They are clearly trying to stay in business in a very unethical way. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE CROOKS!

Zazzle tanvir, content management Tanvir said my 91yr mother is a convicted criminal internet, California
I designed a stamp to recognize my 91 yr old mothers contribution to the world war 2 war efforts as a Rosie the Riveter female contributor . She was a welder and worked for the MarinShip company in 1944 which was a ship building company.  It was located in Sausalito California to build ships for the US government.  I used her actual original badge including the actual laminated photo that was issued to all employees on the stamp design. Zazzles content management person Tanvir rejected the design on the grounds that the badge was a photo of a convicted criminal mug shot. I politely explained to Tanvir that is was my mother's employee badge issued to her and he was incorrect. He replied that the design was definitely  a mug shot of a convicted criminal and refused to reconsider. He was very wrong and did'nt care whether he hurt-ed my feelings or not . I feel he was very unprofessional and chosen to let his warp point of view prevail to the extent that I the am denied the service of the company for no real reason.  My mother was never arrested or convicted of a crime.

Zazzle.com Zazzle Plagiarism, Trademark name infringement, Profiting from the use of our domain name. Internet
We want to report an issue with zazzle.com that is alarming and we believe detrimental to the entire registration process. Zazzle.com allows their store owners to assume the identity of actual .coms by allowing their sellers to use the names of current online businesses. We find this practice unethical as it promotes identity theft on a basic level, is plagiaristic in nature, and creates confusion in the market place. For example: We have owned the domain name saintwear.com since 1999. Zazzle has allowed a zazzle store owner to use our unique domain name and is providing them a highly visible platform promoting them extensively in the major search engines and filtering their products to zazzle affilitate sites.  This zazzle store is selling to the same customer base as us and using our name saintwear to communicate with customers and market their products. Do a search for saintwear to see the result. Their listing shows up as saintwear:home:zazzle.com store, next to our real .com business listing. Zazzle appears to have found a LOOPHOLE TO AVOID REGISTERRING of domain names by allowing their customers to sell products under assumed domain names within zazzle without paying to register them. Zazzle has created a competitive situation between registered .coms and any joe q. public store owner on zazzle that calls himself the .com registered name. This behavior also directly undermines their own posing of trademark laws on their site at -http://zazzle.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/87/~/copyrighted-material-on-zazzle We believe this business practice has the potential to become a major issue if left unchecked, and could possibly damage the image and success of actual registered .coms globally, creating a mass effect of confusion in the online marketplace. After all, what's the point of registering a .net, etc if you can just go to zazzle and assume the name of a .com, as your store name? Zazzle's visibility in the marketplace also creates an unfair advantage against a registered .com as it allows them the opportunity to use their great power to undermine the marketing efforts of actual .com businesses who have spent years of establishing an image and persona only to have an unregistered zazzle store assume their name and create confusion. Zazzle has great power and can choose to use this power for the betterment of our online communities or the detriment. In this form, we believe it is to the detriment of the long established and accepted online process and to the future of domain registry. Thought you should be made aware of this.
