I spoke with Anthony Votta on Wednesday 07/09/14 to set up transport. I asked him if the quote that he provided one week prior for $550 for vehicle pickup was still good. He said that it was. I gave him the date of pickup (7-10-14) I read on his site that the money was refundable if a vehicle wasn't dispatched and that satisfaction was guaranteed. I confirmed that this was true and so the agreement began. He promised to send an invoice with details of pickup times and drop-off. He said to pay a $200.00 deposit and that the remaining $350 would be paid to the driver. In the beginning he was very courteous and appeared to be reliable by showing persistence in following up and contacting the dealer to introduce himself. I contacted him on July 10, 2014 at approximately 10 am CST and asked what time he would be going to get the vehicle since I had not received any correspondence via email since the agreement was sent. He said that he was going to contact the dealer and that he had a driver set to go that day to pickup the vehicle. I informed the dealership of our conversation. Hours passed and no one contacted the dealer nor myself. I then contacted Anthony via phone and email for a status but got no response. I became concerned because I'd paid this man and now he was avoiding me.

I began contacting other transport companies for quotes as a backup. After several more failed attempts to reach him I canceled. I left Mike a voice mail stating that I wanted to cancel. I called and spoke with another transporter and got a quote. I told him that I was working with Reliable Auto but had canceled. He looked at the board and saw that no one had picked up the request. The call was still on the board for $650 not the$ 550 promised. I was furious that I was lied to. Since Anthony would not respond to me, the broker called for me and Anthony answered. He was stunned to find that I was on the phone and began cursing me out. The broker was shocked and told him that he had no business talking to his customer like that. Anthony hung up and called me back cursing. He called me an idiot and made several other insulting remarks before I ended the conversation. I contacted,Mike, the owner who was even worse! He cursed me out and yelled at me. I advised my husband of what was occurring and we both called. Mike told my husband that he can speak to me in whatever manner that he wanted to and that he would sue if I canceled. Mike told my husband and I that a driver was scheduled for the next day(07/11/14). We were told two different things. I told him that Anthony said a driver was going to be there that day. He said he didn't know about that. I told him that we were canceling. He said that he was going to sue us because we signed an agreement. They still sent someone after we'd canceled so that they could keep the money that I am going to dispute. They both behaved very aggressively towards me. Anthony emailed me 8pm on 7/10/14 stating a driver would be to the dealer on 07/11/14. I informed Anthony again that his services were not needed and that he was being a bully and that I believed that he was treating me this way because I am a woman. In informed him that I would ensure that he is reported for fraud. He responded with a" LOL" stating that my money is now not refundable because he dispatched a driver.

I have read reviews on this site and see that other have had similar issues. This company should be shut down for the way that they handle their customers and business. They are crooks! Avoid them at all costs ! I wish I'd found this board before booking with them and paying upfront. Fool me once shame on you! I am now delayed on receiving my vehicle because of these unprofessional people.

Ariel I sent an email to the company let's find out what happens. I need to know your current status of the situation. I ask that both parties be willing to work with each other and resolve this issue. After all is said and done I would love to be able to read somewhere on the Internet that this issue has been resolved.
