Reliable Heating & Air Dan Jape, Owner CHARACTER EXPOSED WOODSTOCK, Georgia

This company did not honor their warranty nor did they install equipment to code. After contacting every organization that I though would help me, non did, so I filed a claim with Cherokee County GA magistrate court where I won the case. Dan Jape, owner,, appealed case to superior court where I also won with jury trial. He then filed an appeal with Georgia Appeal Court where the case was denied. To this date over 500 days later he still has not paid the judgment.

Dan Jape used as his defense that he was not in business at the time of my claim, however, he advertised even today that he has been in business for over 30 years. Go figure!
