As a customer of relocation Van lines, I have noticed that they used illegal workers to pick up customers belongings.Their USDOT record looks odd: only one truck and only one driver. One the day of the pick up, they used a rental truck from enterprise; so I doubt whether they have an operatable truck.

I have filed complains to USDOT. If there is new evidence, new complains will be filed to make their USDOT license suspended.

About their firingof the employee, it seems from the description by the employee that what they are doing can be classified as "wrongful termination", under "early whistler blower". Legal actions need to be taken to protect the affected employee.
