I take the time to create my account here and report.
I've been in contact with Jim during 2 months in 2015 to purchase a new property in Denver. This is not the first time I'm buying properties in Colorado and had to deal with more than one broker before (other real estate brands).
I can say that looking at your files here, I'm surprised about the angry you have developed against him. Jim Wanzeck is a real professional person, not a liar, not a terrible realtor, not an obcsene person.
I wanted to let you know that I was very please to work with him.
Reading againt your 7 files against this person, I see that you where using Ripoffreport.com as a way to hurt his business writting different sentences, filling different reports, all using keyworks attached to his name and profile that are indexing on Google. This is not fair at all.
For those who will read that, I hope you can make yourself the difference between parties.
