Re/Max Metropolitan Turner Homes, LLC, Pamela Turner, Pamela Herrera After generating $855k in Real Estate sales with this brokerage - they still are trying to rip me off by not paying or accounting for the $4,493 discrepancy in my earned commissions, based on our exec Kansas City, Missouri

Even after 8 years of producing millions of dollar in real estate sales, I am still unable to attain a discernable statement from my previous broker, reflecting the huge discrepancy in the amount of commissions earned vs. the commissions owed based on our executed Independant Contactor agreement with all fee's detailed.

In the short 5.5 weeks I was affiliated with Re/Max Metropolitan, I generated over $855,000 in closed sales. However, there is still an unpaid balance (even unaccounted for...) of $4,493.00 from the brokers.

I have requested on numerous occasions a clear detail of the monies and their whereabouts, as that is a lot of money to just let slide. Still, to this day, I have yet to receive anything that one could surmise, and I've even crossed checked myself with 2 other brokers, who couldn't make heads or tails of their convaluded "statements", either!

I, literally, have tried everyone from KAR to MAR to KREC to MREC to KCRAR to Legal Hotline to our Regional Director, Wayne Frederick and even the Midstates owner, Dennis Curtin to help me resolve this huge discrepancy- but,disappointingly, to no avail.

Even worse, the broker (RE/Max Results- Greg Koons)I left to join Metropolitanstill is refusing to return my$1000 deposit, even though I do not owe him a dime. Plus, just to be nasty, he took anadditional $600 out of my last check with him, stating it was for the month, which began for me on the 5th and it was the 14th...but I didn't argue that too much...but I do want my deposit back. It's not my fault his accounts payable girl was caught embezzling! But that's a whole other report, soon tofollow.Still no help, arbitration, support or advice from Re/Max Regional.

After getting nowhere and without funds for an attorney, I feel as though I've ran out of resources. So, I am posting this....as I /(we are)am suffering agreat deal with these unethical brokers not being held accountable regarding my owed commissions/deposits- I counted on those funds and only because they were closed transactions.I know better than anyone not to count on anything before checks are cut!

One of the things that got me so upset and incensed was that I was not able to buy any gifts for my 3 children at Christmas and had to eat "crow" from my ex-husband who lavishes them with gifts. Norhave I been able to do ANYTHING outside of working.... Nogoing out,hair appts, clothing, food, etc. Plus, I have taken a second job teaching fitness at Gold'sGym, which I enjoy immensely- helps with this stress.

I have been ignored to the point of psychological torture and brushed off, I believe, because (in their small minds)I am a single, working mother with no husband to back me up. Well, I am not letting this go and beginning with this great new tool I've just discovered-!:)
