Remax Reality - Larry Campbell Larry had selective hearing through out our whole sale of our home. He sold it to people who had no money for the down payment and dragged out the closing for 8 weeks. Greenville Michigan
Larry Campbell was hired to sell our home. We got an offer within 5 days of having it up for sale. The offer was rejected and a counter offer was put in. That counter offer was rejected and counter offered again. This went back and forth for three weeks.
During this wasted time, Larry was told to put the home back on the market. He would reply with "lets counter offer. I don't want to loose a sale"
After going back and forth for three weeks, an offer was accepted. Next step was to get house appraised. From the start, Larry wanted to put his own price on the house and didn't want to go with the price we wanted to start out with.
After the appraiser did his appraisal, it came back as the exact amount that Larry wanted to put our house up for and was the exact amount of the very first offer that was rejected.
When the paperwork was sent to the lender, problems after problems arose. This dragged out for three months, after the final offer was accepted. Both realtor's kept coming up with fake excuses as to why it hasn't cleared yet. It was like our realtor Larry Campbell was working for the buyer through the whole deal, and all the way up to the end.
Come to find out, the buyers never had the down payment and was having trouble getting it. Six times Larry was told to put the house back up for sale.
We had put in an offer on another home because we thought that this home was gonna close and we ended up getting an extension to hold the new home so we didn't loose it, like the other two we lost from waiting for this one to close.
Larry Campbell and the other realtor Deb Wheeler from Five Star agreed to pay for our extension at closing if we would sign the last addendum, so we did. When asked for the reimbursment for the extension, Larry flat out lied and said that they were only gonna pay it if we didn't close on the set date.
I have paper work stating differently along with both realtor's signitures. Both realtor's lied through out the whole deal all the way up to the end.
When we asked for a copy of all the papaer work to the contract, because neither were very good at giving them, we found out that after we did get the copy, there were pages missing and others shoved in that didn't belong.
When Deb Wheeler sent all the paperwork to the title company, she sent what she wanted to so that it showed we were to pay for all closing cost and all other expenses. That was not the agreement. The title company had to re write the checks before closing and when we got there, there was still wrong paperwork and they still had to re write a check.
These two realtor's shouldn't have a liscense to sell. They should be revoked because both are very rude and pushy. They don't listen and they lie to the point that they fudge paperwork to cover up their mistakes.
