I'm not sure what their 'rebuttal' is, but this 'company' and the State of Florida allowed a man with a LONG history of violence against women to work out of their office. He continued his violence on me, and on his eighth wife/ex-wife while working as one of their agents. He, with the help of Remax's financial officer named Clint Luby, lost $5,000 of my money. Mr. Pierce was very calm, told me he would get my money returned. Of course, there was not any way for him to 'fix' the fact that David Hernley had accessed my condo while I was asleep, dragged me from my bed with my head hitting (very very hard) the bed footboard and then tile floor. Attempted to rape after ripping my night shirt and underwear off, had already torn up my phone (so I had to go to a neighbor's to call).
I blame Remax because they were only interested in David Hernley making money for them in sales, and were not in the least interested in what he did with the power they gave him by letting his work there.

...five years plus, and no resolution to my $5,000 loss. And certainly not even an apology for having a violent criminal / con-artist Realtor working under THEIR auspices. Shameless~!!
Almost as bad as the legal system that has let David Kenneth Hernley 'walk' on all of his incidents against WOMEN, and the only conviction on David Hernley was also the only record of his assaulting a MAN. (That was in Lee Co. Florida, within the past 2 years, against a cable television employee.)
