REMAX Select, Richard Lopez, Gary Howard, Brokers FORCED TO USE HIGH COST INHOUSE FINANCING FOR MY CLIENT. Cerritos California

I was a Realtor at Remax Select until I was called into my brokers office and was intimidated to use Remax Select in house lender owned by the brokers Richard Lopez and Gary Howard even if it meant that my buyer would receive a higher interest rate. My borrower couldn't afford to pay anything more so they held the file, intimidated and degraded me until my buyer had to cancel the escrow transaction. I was trying to use Rick Loveall in countrywide but Richard and Gary said "F&*CK that mother F*&ker" he is taking all our loans. I was disgusted with the whole situation, that I had no choice but to leave Remax. I hope this was an isolated incident, but buyers beware.
