This company has been the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life! I purchased two remotes for my Toyota Corolla and paid for the 1-3 expedited shipping. I automatically noticed that according to the tracking information, my shipment was going to be late and that meant that my payment for expedited shipping was pointless and a waste of my money. I called the company repeatedly and kept getting no answer so I emailed them. The response to my email answered nothing I said on the email I had sent them and only told me information I was already aware of. I replied and eventually received a response later that night way after I had finally managed to get two people on the phone. The employees were incredibly rude and hung up on me as I was speaking and trying to understand what they were saying. I asked if I could speak with a supervisor and was told there were no supervisors in the building at the moment and so I couldn't speak to a supervisor at the moment. What business does not have a supervisor there?! Fine, so I have to wait until my package is already late in order to tell them that it is late and to supposedly receive a refund for my shipping payment.

I call again a day later when it is in fact late and I get hung up on again by a male employee as I was asking him to transfer me to the department that handles my problem because he couldn't help me according to him. I called again and I had to call five times because it kept going to voicemail before I decided to call the same line again in hopes that someone else may transfer me and it was another male employee who was also rude (I believe it was the same employee) and so I asked to speak to a supervisor and in a very obnoxious manner, the employee just kept telling me I could not speak to a supervisor and every time I would ask why that was, he would just tell me "Because you can't" and "Because no" over and over again. I finally said fine and continued to call the department I needed to speak to until I finally got a person to answer my phone call. I told her that I had been having many problems with my shipping and the service of this company and that I wanted to speak to a supervisor and according to her, the supervisors kept denying the call because they were too busy because it was the end of the week and they had a lot to do. I sent to her to go twice and they continued to deny me as a paying customer. This company all too apparently does not care for its business and customers and I will never do business with RemotesRemotes.com ever again.
