Rene Deypalan RLD Financial Con artist, scammer, deceptive Burbank, California

Rene Deypalan is one 'clever' con man who usually works with a congery of con-artists who take advantage of homeowners who were already taken advantage of by their lenders.  Unfortunately, people have given him thousands of dollars because they believed his LIES.  He took thousands of dollars from people who were losing their homes to foreclosure.  He told them for between $5,000.00 - $10,000.00(his fees) plus $300.00 (for the court filing fee) that they could be involved in a class action lawsuit going after banks/lenders.  Normally, legit lawyers and class action suits do NOT take fees for their services upfront.  See, they get their fees if and when they win their lawsuit.  Rene Deypalan basically promised many down and out people who were about to lose their homes that not only would they get their home loans re- modified, he also claimed that they would be compensated for punitive damages.  He promised it would only take 'weeks' for the whole 'ordeal'.  Weeks turned into months.  Months into years.  Years, well, you see where this is going... all the while, Deypalan would change his cell phone number (shocker!)  My recommendation? If you see this man - RUN- don't walk.  RUN...Don't trust him.  Don't give him any money.  Oh, if you see a man in Alaska trying to sell ice in the middle of winter to eskimos, chances are, it's Rene.
