I bought a Dachshund pup from Renee Roske about 5 or 6 years ago. She sent us home with a baggie of undisclosed medicine, scrubbed his ears out like you wouldn't believe. She even made a comment that she wouldn't sell a dog to us if we were going to have more that 10 dogs in our home. Apparently she had a dachshund male and the b***h belonged to a friend of hers.
We brought our pup to the vet right away. He had parasites, ear mites (the worse case the vet had ever seen) and kennel cough and fleas. She had a "pet" price for the puppy which was $400. If we wanted papers, it was an additional $200. She didn't have the papers available. She said she had to order them. I was very leary buying the dog without the papers.
She was awful to deal with but I did eventually get them, but now am questioning his pedagree. I have read some of the horror stories about pups that were purchased from her. I am very lucky that my dog has not had any further health problems and he is an awesome dog. I hope to see charges filed againt Ms. Roske.
