Renew Derma Skin Rhea Skin Moisturizer, Allure, Avalure Free Trial - charges account with no documented authorization Florida

I ordered a trial of a product to improve skin.  I received a product for skin with a different name than what was ordered on the account.  I did not authorize or contact the company for additonal orders and did not authorize for future payments from my credit card.  This company charged my credit card in the amount of $89.00. 

I contacted the number from the original trial which was 888-741-6323.  After having to repeatedly state that I did not agree to or authorize payments for the product, the operator, Marlena who offered a 30% refund, then a 50% refund and then, finally a 100% refund which she said would be reflected on my account in 7-10 business days.  She also offered to waive my cancellation fee.  I indicated that I would be following up with my credit card company to file a dispute if the refund was not applied to my account.

I asked for a confirmation number and/or e-mail confirmation. I was given a 5 digit confirmation number of 20955.  I also asked if Marlena had a company ID number and she stated 9042.

If it is possible, I will be editing this complaint to report if and when I receive a refund from this company.
