Renewal by Andersen Windows Really never on Sale False Advertisers Austin Texas

I agree with the original poster who worked for Cashion the sales are not real and they even tell their appointment setters in training that the homeowners all get the same price regardless of the current "sale". And my parents who live in a different area with a different Franchise dealt with better service and pricing. 

I think Andersen is a great window but would not buy from Renewal as they are way overpriced, and you can get Fiberex Andersen windows other places the only difference is they are nit "custom".

Personal accusations and attacks are to be very much expected from the ilk of Connor and Cashion. Undeniable bad business practices that are done with customer value not factoring into decision making and business practices are defenseless. Which is why no denying of these is present in the rebuttal, don't buy from these guys it's a rip off.

I will address each of Bill Miller's comments with the Truth. 

"This company spends thousands just to lure people into believing they are actually getting a discounted price." This statement if completely untrue. We have sales that we offer our customers throughout the year. These discounts come directly off of our standard pricing. 

"Oh and a "special offer" to do business TODAY when thier rep shows up to your home, which is also untrue." We do offer specail pricing just as you might see on "Black Friday, Cyber Monday, your favorite department store or hardware store. These are very real and do have expiration dates. 

"RBA (Renewal by Andersen) has dealers all over the country and none have a higher price than the one in the Austin, Dallas Fort Worth and Oklahoma City-Tulsa markets, this is a reflection of the Greed of its owner Chris Cashion of Austin Texas." Bill Miller was not even employed with us when we opened Oklahoma and Tulsa and his stateements are untrue. We have THOUSANDS of very satisified homeowners who are not only happy with our windows and the price / value they paid for them.  We would love to let you speak to our customers, just call us! 

"I was in the network for 2 years and worked for Mr. Cashion during that time." "Worked" is extremly questionable. To think that any employee with a 30 year history was let go for no reason is a joke. Bill Miller has a proven track record of being let go from good companies for very similar reasons. When two nationally known companies release the same person within a few months of each other for the same reasons....well its not the company's fault. 

Andersen is an iconic American company and has decent products. They could actually improve the warrantiies as there are other warranties in the marketplace that are superrior. Our warranties are hands down the best in the industry, call us we would be happy to explain. 

Mr Cashion and I have known one another over 30 years he fired myself and my wife after opening his DFW operation so this could come across as sour grapes. Yes to an extent it is but I find it shameful that a corporation like Andersen affiliates itself with the morals of a Chris Cashion. Morals that include the false advertising and the training of lies given to their sales force. Bill we completly agree its ALL sour grapes; when your integrity or lack there of costs you not one but two jobs we understand how you would want to blame everyone else. 

Again may come across as sour grapes but all is the truth and worthwhile if this saves just one person the money or frustration dealing with Mr. Cashion's orginization, Renewal by Andersen Austin, Dallas, Fort Worth, Tulsa or Oklahoma City. Our headquarters are in Austin, Tx. at any time please feel free to come in to our showroom and personally speak to our employees...at least the ones who work hard, have a great work ethic and integrity. You will see very quickly that this EX- employee is not realy upset with us as much as himself for forcing us to remove him.
