First off I must admit I should have read the fine print regarding notifying the company to stop all future shipments and close my account. I developed puffy, baggy eyes and sought a quick way to eliminate them so I followed an ad out on Yahoo News. After I received the product I didn't even start using it for 5 or 6 days. After using it for 2 weeks I could clearly tell it was worthless and had no effect.Within the next few days I received my Visa statement showing a 92 dollar charge then 2 days later received a second bottle of Dermaluxe. Buyer BEWARE! Read the fine print and look for online reviews. If it sounds too good to be true it usually is. This method of sales should be stopped. I sent the second bottle back as return to to sender and even that was unacceptable to process and refund. So after disputing the charge through Capital One I am stuck with it and even out the second bottle I forced back. I did make the call to stop future shipments outside the grace period and controlled the conversation once I read reports about their phone tactics.
