Rent A Center I had a policy of $515 and I was $84.61 away from completing my agreement they refused payment and now they threatening to remove my furniture Brooklyn Nationwide

 Rent a center is demanding me to return my furniture. I had a $515 policy my remaining balance was $84.61 which they refuse to take. I called their costumer service head quarter's. I spoke with an representative whom took my complaint. I also received a confirmation number for the complaint and told the district manager would contact me. I called three more times because the manager never reached out in due time. When he finally called he was telling me about other fees that wasn't in my contract but he explained that's what I signed I reviewed what I signed and it wasn't on my contract. He was very disrespectful to me because I told him I should of been giving hidden fees in writing and also when they had me sign the contract I asked over and over $515 no tax no extra fees she said no just $515. When I first paid I paid $142.00 with my bank card they only credited my account with $128.00 then said it's a one time fee I never agreed to. They weren't deducting from the $515 because it didn't add up and they also delivered my furniture late so they gave me a free week. The lady never wrote it down so I had to pay for that week they harassed me down I paid them. Then at the end they said my buy out was $175 I was puzzled because I only owed them $84.61. Now I received a letter from them stating im being demanded to return the property or I will force them to get the legal system involved.
