RentACenter John, and The Rest ripoff not once but 3 times excuses everytime Urbana Ohio

You know this is the 3rd time that Rent A Center in Urbana has ripped me off and I seem to let it go , but someone should know what is going on and find out WHY they can get away with not following throu with their side of the contract!!

Let me see first time I got a computer and it was back and forth to them on and off then I end up paying 700.00 for it because I could not come up with the last payment on the 90 days.. But the next day after I did pay it off it went down like it had been doing before but they said their hands were tied because it was now paid for!! First the hard drive went then the power suply went too.. That really upset me because I had very important things on there to help in a court battle for my only grand daughter..

Then I had to have Knee surgery a replacement and I got a chair electric and I was told it was never used by one of the salesmen but guess what the stool where your feet go the material was so thin that it left blisters on the back of my legs.. They came and got it and gave me another one but guess what I kept asking for mine back and after about 6 ot 8 months they were going to bring it back but I was now moving so I asked them to please take it to the other home and they did and came back and picked up this one.. Now when I got to the new home my Mother informed me that the back of the chair had a ripped in it and they sewed it up sloppy!! No one would do a thing!! At the same time I got my chair I got a tv but without the booklet on how to use it, but by the time I got it paid for they gave me a copy of the book..

Since I use a computer for all my law things concerning the death of my son and visits with his daughter inwhich is my only son and my only grand daughter I got another computer got everything but the black speakers so I am using the ones from my first one!! I talked to John, Brad, and anone who answers the phone and keep getting the same excuse, it is on back order or they were here someone must had sold it but now my computer is paid for so that will be the next excuse..

I really feel that something has to be done I mean they make their payments so high for the 90 days or should say the last one and they do not even tell you until you get the thing in the mail!!

Oh by the way I am on fixed income to beat that, I am a VA disabillity so in a way I needed that chair to last a long time and in good shape like they promised.. Not only that the knee replacement was in January of 03 or 04 and that same year in April I fell and fractured my hip on the same side!! And you know my Mother bought a chair or should say got one on Mothers Days in 04 and it may not be electric but it only cost 269 plus tax and not 600 or 700 like mine did!!and she had no sewed up tore spots in hers like my did!!

And I am still waiting on the black speackers !!
