Rentalcars.com Booking process is deceptive and final voucher does not reflect all conditions of contract. Liverpool Internet

I booked a one way rental in France. The company quoted a final price and I accepted and Paid. The voucher I received showed all these details.

When I collected the car in Lyon I found I had to pay an additional one way fee. No mention of that on my voucher. The company claims I clicked an acceptance of that fee when I booked. I have no record of that and the voucher does not mention it. The company claims that it has an image of that acceptance click.

As I had already paid a substantial rental I had no option but to pay the additional fee.

Deceotive and misleading behaviour in my opinion.

i complained but it is clear the clerks who handle the claims do not read the submission and just play endless ping pong with the complaint until you finally give in and forget it.

My advice - don't use this company.
