Renter's Warehouse MN NIGHTMARE OMG WARNING you are not protected. They take the money and you will hang!!!!! Twin Cities Minnesota

We got TOTALLY RIPPED by Renter's Warehouse who set up the rental contract and when the renter coming in did not adhere to it LEFT US HIGH AND DRY. They took the security deposit trying to keep it as a commission and would not return it to the renter who showed up with disgusting and massively stained kitty box litter mattress,  tons of assault weapons in violation of the contract who also encroached on our executive property we were living in way ahead of the agreement scheduled. We terminated prior to move in and stored his stuff for a month in our garage to help out. Renter's Warehouse apologized for the NIGHTMARE and offered to get us another renter if we would pay him off. We were DONE with them at that point as they said they would return the money and then did not. Do NOT trust them as they are all about the money, money, money. He took both of us to court and we as well as them are on the hook. Forget their warranty of the renter there is NO such thing! Their apologies mean nothing; they didn't do the right thing. We did agree to a cat box trained cat which was misrepresented and we agreed to a trailor for 3 or 30 days but NOT what went on. SO if you use these people they are simply in the way. This would not happen if we could have given the funds. I will NEVER use them as the screening wasn't sufficient and they could have brokered a win for everyone but lacked skills. They're other issues but STAY AWAY you're on your own. You can't believe them and sadly their warranty doesn't exist. Further they don't honor the agreements they make and simply want the money. They are a machine that will RUN YOU OVER.
