So I bought a car from Renton Honda on a Saturday evening. I left a deposit and was promised my credit would not be ran unless I did not return Monday with the payment in full! I did as I promised, and made the payment. A month later I did a credit check on myself and there was an inquiry from Renton Honda. It was even ran the day I bought the car, not the day I paid in full. I was very upset because I was promised by Gavin, his manager Kurt, and the finance guy Ben that it would NOT be ran! I emailed Gavin about it and he could not explain it. I then called and spoke with Kurt who said it should not have happened and he would fix it. I waited a month and ran it again, it was still there. I made 3 more calls about it and was promised it would be taken care of. As of Aug 31 it was not deleted so I filed a BBB complaint against Renton Honda. Whomever responded said I signed a paper authorizing it. What he failed to mention as that I wrote on it clearly that they did not have my authorization to run it unless I did not return on Monday. Which was ok'd by Gavin and Kurt! So not only was I lied to in the first place, they again lied to cover their behind!!!
I will never buy another car from here or will I ever recommend anyone to this dishonest dealership!

Here is the information on the warranty your credit shouldnt of been ran I apologize for That i didnt know it had been ran I checked With Kurt He says your Credit could Have accidently Been Pulled By our automated System but im not sure kurt is here and avaliable if you have any questions for him i dont know how or why they were ran im very sorry for that.
