Rolland Elliott contracted with me to operate a photobooth at an event. The agreement was $35 per hour. I worked approx 8 hours-- 4 at the event and 4 trying to get his s****y equipment to operate. Then, the m********k did not pay me. He was supposed to paypal within 48 hours. NO response. He is a liar, cheat, dog s**t.
