Rep West Insurance U-Haul (Insurance sub) Fraudulent/Rigged Claims Process Phoenix, Arizona

While assisting a friend with dropping off a truck, another driver returning a truck rental hit my stationary car door.  I.e., I was parked curbside and standing outside my vehicle.

Went through the entire process reported the claim in accordance with RepWests claims requirements - (submitted a statement, several pics, (2) auto-body estimates, copy of title.) 
I believe this was supplemented with a statement from the driver operating their truck.

Post submission, I waited a few weeks and followed up with several telephone calls.  On their end,
theres a review process.  Eventually received word (voicemail on Christmas Eve) that the accident was my fault.  I replied to the rep via email, telephone and phoned the reps supervisor.  Heard
anything.  Crickets.  What a scrooge.

Incident happened in November.  Claim filed promptly and received the verdict in December.  This company runs an interesting operation.
