The owner of this company, Nathan Reardon is a crook, hires deadbeat liars, mechanics are not licenced, or qualified. I was drawn in by the cheep oil change, then told that I had over $1,000.00 in repairs that "should be addressed as soon as possible" I was told multiple times that my car was "Dangerous", but they had a solution, enroll in the "piece of (censored)" plan and they would take care of anything that happens to my car, after i pay THEM to do the $1,000.00 in repairs of coarse. I said thanks but NO, brought my car to dealership for next oil change and was informed that Repairs On Us never changed it, the same filter had been on the car since it rolled out of the factory. So $19.99 for an oil change, great deal.. if they change the oil!!!

Just for fun I sent in several family members and friends in just to BS and see if they had the same experience I had, I felt the sales pressure, and the mechanic spoke little english, and when I know more about cars than you do, you should not be working in the automotive repair industry. Also I pay close attention to my suroundings, this garage and shop looked as if everything had been moved in within 24 hours and seemed as if it could be vacant in less than 24 hours.  all the shelfs had scattered car parts and a few empty boxes for filters and fluids. Everything just felt really staged, and my family felt the same way. Every female that went in reported feeling very uncomfortable and would not go back!! All the guys, from aeronautics engineers to video gamers who work for convenience stores repoted they were being lied to, friends of mine with no mechainal background knew that all these "mechanics" were scamers.

In closing I would like to point out how in all of the complaints filed against this company years ago, the owner himself would post rebuttals to every complaint.  It is worth the read!! Trust me!! this guy is so obnoxious, everyone who had a legitimate claim or complaint, he calls a "drug user" or a "drunk" or just puts them down in a very child-like manner.  This guy has opened up and closed more locations of Repairs On Us shops than any other company that I know of.  If you have some spare time, need some free entertainment, make sure your vehicle is in tip top shape then find one of these fly by night shops and ask them for a vehicle inspection. Do not give them a penny!!! And when they print out the ten page report of all the issues with your car, ask for a full description of each and every item. Flux Capacitor??? $700.00

You get what you pay for

Chock this up to a $19.99 mistake. A lesson learned. No, I am not siding with the garage. As an auto/truck mechanic with 30 years experience I feel garages such as this make me sick to my stomach. Think for a minute. At $19.99 for an oil change, are they making any money? Figure they are paying electricity, rent, uniform rental, hazardous waste disposal, insurance, just to name a few. Are they making any money on your oil change. No. This is to get you in the door for a major upsale.

I can't comment whether the suggested work on your car is needed or not. I know nothing about your car. Some of it may be legit. But I don't know.

Instead of looking for a cheap place to get your oil changed, try asking others where they go for service. Ask your coworkers, people you worship with, neighbors, bowling partners. Listen for "I have taken my car to **** for years, they have always done me right". It may cost more, but there is a reason your peers keep going there. And if you do visit the reccommended garage, make sure you tell that garage who reccommended you. Now the garage has 2 people to impress. If they upset you they tend to not only lose you, but the person who reccommended you.

As far as the garage you visited. Maybe they didn't give you what you paid for. It was a $20 lesson. be thankful you got off that cheap.
