Replicawholesale.com Ripoff scam no responses took money no service no product Los Angeles California

I purchased the vip membership along with a website on March 2, 2004. I was promised that the site would be up and running on March 5, 2004. However, when that day came I was sent an email that there were "technical difficulties" and that it would be up by the following weekend. When that day came, the website was not there.

Whenever I email the company, I emailed several times but I only got a generic response once. It is now April 12, 2004 and the website is still not there. Now when I call the company to try to get answers, no one answers the line. Sometimes the number goes to a fax machine, or the voice message on the phone says they are having "technical difficulties".

I have been trying to get ahold of this company for two weeks via email and calling, but I have been unsuccessful. I have asked for them to build my website or give me a complete refund, but now I am getting no response from them.

I have saved all the emails that I have gotten from them and the numerous ones that I have sent. This has cost me 499.00, numerous headaches, and all my time chasing this company to get a product/service that I have paid for.

I would like to get a refund for the purchase that I paid for. I would also like to have a warning out there regarding this scam company so others do not make the same mistake.
