Upon having my home delivered in June 2014, I saw damage to my home before I ever moved into it.CIRCLE E MOBILE HOME MOVERS had knocked a hole in the top corner of the master bedroom of my home, and the front end of my home.  It was all downhill from there.

Here is a list of things that I noticed after moving into my home:  Floors squeaking, toilet seats breaking, cracks in ceilings in almost every room of my home, doors hung crooked, faucets made of sliver coated plastic, trim on outside of house jammed into place (not properly affixed), carpet has lots of bumpy areas you can feel when you walk on it (possibly the floor coming up), guest bath has cracks around the entire fixture that fits to the wall,  no overflow slots in the sinks or bathtubs, No shelves in some of the kitchen cabinets, cracks around the back door and a hole punched into it, cabinet door off center, front door damage, plastic was never removed from any of the appliances, wood was jammed under the refrigerator, soft spot in kitchen floor and boards underneath are moving, as well as in the living room. gappy places in trim in master bedroom, spot on ceiling in dining area, I also found recently a small piece of roofing material that most likely came from my home..and much more. This is a Legacy home.

I would NOT reccommend anyone buying one.  If you choose to purchase a new home, try Oak Creek in Houston, Texas or Clayton homes.  Go to a large and reputable dealer.  My home was supposed to be NEW, but I feel as though I will be lucky if it lasts me 2 years without having to have major repairs on it.

Recent problem with my home:  the rubber underneath the front door is tearing off;  the squeak in the kitchen floor and the soft spot are not completely gone, there is also a squeak in the mater bedroom floor, the toilet water level is so low that there is hardly enough water in it to clean it, the light in the guest bath is glowing low and increases brightness as it stays on, which I believe could be an electrical issue.

Upon purchasing my home from Repo Depot/RD Homes, I stated to the salesman that I wanted a home that would be sturdy and well built, would last me at least the 15 years I had it financed for possibly longer.  I did NOT expect to find a damaged home, a cheap built home, and poor initial service.  It took me nearly 6 months, contacting the BBB (who did nothing because I had contacted the state of Texas Manufacturing and Housing Authority), the State of Texas and written a letter to the owners.  All the nicety and politeness to me was a sham.  Just more to add to the fire, to lure you into getting into a home that was NOT worth the price you pay for it.  I would highly reccommend that no one purchase a home off the lot at Repo Depot/RD Homes, and if you do, you best inspect it with a fine tooth comb as the saying goes.  I am paying $50,000 plus for a home that was built cheap and if I continue living in this same home, it will most likely cost me over $50,000 to upgrade it to the kind of home that I stated to the salesman that I wanted.  I walked into a scam, is how I feel.  They have done some quick fixes to some of the things that were wrong with my home, but it's still a cheap made home.  I guarantee that the owner, the maintenace guy,  and Legacy homes cannot say it is NOT a cheap made home.  I did NOT want a cheap made home.  I was NOT an authority and went by a recommendation from a co worker, who after she had recommended them to me, found that she was having issues with her new home as well.  Then, another co worker, that we were not able to warn about what was going on, bought a home and they had issues with Repo Depot/RD Homes, though the owner himself told me:  We have never had any complaints with the BBB before, well, maybe not, but they sure have had plenty from customers first hand.  I believe they don't expect customers to do anything about their BAD business and evidently no one has been able to do anything to this point.  They get you into the home and rip you off, then you have to go through frustration and cost to try to get what you should've gotten to begin with fair and good service, what you wanted to pay for.  I believe they purchase cheap made homes and raise the prices on them to put the huge profit into their pockets, not caring whether they sell a good product to their customers.  Once they make the sale, what do they care?  And, I guarantee that is the kind of treatment you will get.  It won't seem so at first because they appear so very nice and cordial and business like.  But, in the end, if what happened to me, happens to you, you will be ripped off and feeling frustrated all the time, because you feel stuck with a cheap made home that you paid way more for than you should have to begin with.
