While writing another report I happened to see these reports on Repo Mart aka Rip Off Mart. I also was given down payment for a trailer moved from my property on paper they added $4500 to the price of our trialer even though I was puttting a $5000 down payment. I didn't know it was illegal but now that I do I am contacting the Mobile Home Assoc. I was so flabbergasted at elder Steve fast talk my head spun, his son is a wonderful person and HONEST when we made settlement Steve was not there and i was charged $7000 more then the trailer price for thingd Iwas chrged for that wwere to be included in the purchase price.
Steve won't and still won't give me any paperwork and he tell me Jim is never there. When I call I didn't even tell him who I was so you know something is not right with this company.
