I spent a lot of money with this company. I was a great client, paid my bills. Their work was mediocre, at best. I finally asked to purchase a product that was $250, I wanted the source code for one of their products to help guide me in my own rewrite because their products were so buggy.

I was told I would receive the product after I paid the $250. I never received it. I called, emailed, etc. until finally I received this email from them:

Needless to say, no refund, return phone call, email reply. Nothing. It's been over 30 days since the refund was promised.
