I have ordered painting from reproduction-gallery.com and I am wondering because 3 weeks after I placed my order I still did not receive any feedback about my order from reproduction-gallery.com so I started to contact the support Mr. Alex and I am surprised he said that I did not place any order so I provide all documents showing that I place an order but he said there is no any order from me reflecting to their system. This is a scam website who took you money with no exchange! I reported them to BBB and it started to close their website, please see attached picture.

Yes, you are right as this is one a number of fake posts made between 17 and 30 August, not by a real customer, but by the twisted and malicious owner of 1st-art-gallery.com, an Israeli called David. He has posted negative comments to over 20 competitor sites as he is angry about the large number of negative reviews that his Chinese business, 1st-art-gallery.com receives due to the poor quality of their paintings and appalling bad customer service. His psychotic behavior was predicted by one of his many dis-satisfied customers over three years ago. The customer, who had complained about the shoddy painting bought from 1st-art-gallery but praised the reproduction he subsequently bought from one of 1st-art-gallery’s honest competitor’s, got it exactly right when he wrote,
I am totally delighted with it (the painting from one of 1st-art-gallery’s competitors), just as I was disgusted by the apology for art that I was sent by 1st Art Gallery. I won't tell you here who I got it from (you will need to do some homework) because I confidently suspect that these people would turn very nasty towards that supplier (they are clearly that type), and that would not be fair.
The libeled sites are now joining together to bring legal charges against the disgusting Israeli owner of 1st-art-gallery.com

Firstly let me say we take any complaint seriously.
This report however does not bear scrutiny. We have reviewed all of our customers over the whole of the period we have been trading. We have only ever had one customer named “Judith” and this was in 2015 and she was in Ohio. We have only ever had one male customer from Pleasanton in 2015. There has been no order or contact from anyone called Judith and no order this year from Pleasanton. This report is entirely false.
As soon as an order is placed it is confirmed by email and the customers receive information on how to access their online tracking profile. This provides the status of the painting at any given time and when the painting is shipped it provides the Airway Bill Number for online tracking via the shipper’s website.
We only accept credit card payments. Anyone who makes a purchase with their credit card online has an immediate right of redress by asking their bank or credit card company to reverse the charge. This is generally done immediately. It is disingenuous of this bogus person to suggest that they have lost money as a result of a credit card payment.
Our website is always online. The image to this report is not accessible and it probably does not relate to our business. Our Live help system is manned 24/7 and we have several contact telephone numbers on the website. It is not always possible to answer calls immediately but we have a messaging service and all calls are responded to within a very short time frame.
We have been creating hand-painted oil on canvas art for 20 years. All of our testimonials are genuine and we have very many customers who purchase from us many times after receiving their first painting from us.
Whilst we accept that there should be a forum for aggrieved customers, it is quite improper that anyone can post a complaint (as in this case) with a false name and information and not have to provide verification of who they are and the validity of their claim. It leaves the field wide open for anyone to damage the business of a competitor with unsubstantiated and false allegations.
The written English in this malicious report is very poor. We suspect that this allegation has been posted by a competitor, probably from China.
