Reptile Depot reptile, will not ship Chatsworth, California

I placed an order for a snake tank and lights on the 25th of January, 2010. The order went through and I received a confirmation noticed. A couple of days went by and I did not receive a tracking number. I emailed clubdepot@aol.com only to find out that their email was full. A couple days later I called and did so daily and could never get through. I finally got through to someone a week and a half later and was told the tank was ordered and should be their in 3 days. I left my phone number and told them to please contact me should more issues arise. I called a week later and they said the wrong size was ordered. I said to simply charge me the difference and send it despite it was not what I needed. I called a week later and spoke to Chris. He saw the note that approved the charge, but said he did not know why id did not go out. I asked if he can ship now and he said the last tank was sold an hour ago. At this point I asked for a refund and they said only credit after a restocking fee despite their being no stock to restock. I then said I'll wait. Weeks past and I have since bought a tank elsewhere. I called inquiring about the status and they said its on hold bc a $15 rock from my order was discontinued. I asked why wasn't I called and was told they have too many customers. I said simply replace it with something comparable. Was told it would ship on 3/11. Called on 3/15 and told it would ship then. Called 3/22 and it still has not shipped and 'Chris' would be the person who would know the status.  Called 3/24 and Chris is no longer there.  I said I will fly from NY to LA to pick up my package and was told my items were no longer in stock bc the box was opened and items were sold in the physical store bc FedEx was down.  It is beyond ridiculous @ this point.
