Republic Parking Issued an unpaid parking ticket for paid in full parking. Non responsive customer service. Tacoma, Seattle Washington

We have parked in Tacoma Republic Parking garage with a slot box to pay the parking fee. Paid for 2 hours, followed their instructions to the dot, used their little metal stuffer to push the cash through. Went to the event, came back 1.5 hours later and found $35 notice for unpaid parking, which was issued 20 minutes after we left the car.

Called customer service they took our number promised to call us back (still waiting). Then I noticed that all of the cars in our line have same notices, there were about 4 cars.

Then the dude in charged showed up, (I would avoid any contact with people that look like him, total low life outfit and attitude), He insisted that nobody paid, and used some jail slang to call me a liar.  I was speachless I had my family in the car who watched me pay and he insisted that they were a part of the lie that I was telling. I should have never get involved in conversation with that low life nobody. I learned my lesson. Contacted customer service over the phone and email several days later - no response still.

To sum up my horable experience with Republic Parking: Got ripped off for extra $35 for parking and got called a liar, waisted tons of time dealing with screwed up customer service, got heavily offended, took me few days to get over it. 

On another ocasion in Seattle at the Republic Parking lot we have paid by debit card, the person took our card took a payment and gave it back to us, I did not see what did he do with the card then, and this card was only used at big grocery stores where you run the card yourself. And few days later there was unauthorised charges on the account, which was overturned by the bank later. The people on the parking lot did not look trusworthy, some of the guys smelled like alcohol. 

My impression is that Republic Parking do not care who they hire and they also do not care about fairness to their customers. I will NEVER park  at Republic Parking and I highly suggest to avoid parking with them or dealing with this company altogether. If my word is not enough, look at Yelp reviews for Republic Parking - they are horrable.
