Well, looks like they have done it again. About a month ago I received a letter asking how my experience was with the course with them. I didn't have anything good to say to them and sent them a copy of the long letter that I sent the attorney general in California.
Last week I received a check from Mr. Fuelling for the amount of 290.00, the cost of the course. This of course did not include the cost that they took from me in my credit card for the membership fees. Well this is just the beginning.
I was happy to at least get this amount back. I went to the bank the next day and made a deposit on it. Well today I went to make another deposit for myself and the bank told me that I would have to pay them back the 290.00 because the check was put on hold.
How much farther can they go to screw people with their little games. Not only taking there money, but also taking there time. I guess that when Monday morning comes I'll have to get in contact with the investigator once again to let him know what has happened this time. Thanks for wasting all my time Res-Com, I enjoy losing it to you.

A week after I tried to contact Mr. Feulling, he returned my call and I redeposited the check. This time everything came through ok.
