I gave them 799.00 over a yr ago and i still have not heard a thing about my timeshare resale or the free rental i was promised by John Robertson in Las Vegas at the Tahiti CLub.

I finally started hounding them and to no prevail no John Robertson call back but what I did get was a response from someone named Michael Cooper. He basically told me too screw myself and I wasnt getting my money back and that noone was interested, I find this hard to believe because its a gold crown property in vegas and the resort is brand new.

I decided to take a few steps I have talked to my lawyer and we are taking action. We have talked to the south daytona beach attourney general and they gave us a few measures to take. Luckily I paid with a amx card, so im entiltled to a charge back for up too two years, as are you if you paid with a amx card.

Unlike most im not in a financial burden with this timeshare, I just currently live in Vegas and I have no use for it. So im goin to take legal measures about this company and im reporting this to the bbb of fl. All of you people who have been ripped off by this company or one simular should take action, and quit letting these telemarketers take our money.

They are not real estate agents and you do not have to pay them a upfront fee to have them run a add on there website. You could do that much yourself
