In trying to deal with Rescare, I was having to pay out  of pocket,  They are late in billing you, then wonder why you have a balance.   They had no problems using the $2500.00 Grant I had, when it was up, they drop me.   I may arrangements to make payments, which are current.

They send a Certified bill that I had till April 9,2010 to make a payment in full, or after that date the bill will be more.   This company will not work with you,    Now I an over 80 yo women,who has been threaten by legal action on a bill where my payment are current.  Can any onr help me?
