I used Pay Pal to pay for this order and was charged!! I was also charged for shipping !! No information was given.

I ordered a sweatshirt from a group called rescuers.org that I was going to give as a Christmas present.A portion of the cost of the item was to be given to several Animal Shelters. This was a large incentive for placing this order. I have never received this item(sweatshirt) and I was charged for the item plus shipping! I have noticed that others have placed complaints as well!! This is VERY UPSETTING!!!

I, too, seem to have been ripped off from Rescuers.org. I ordered a mug to help feed shelter animals almost a month ago and their website said it hasn't even been processed yet even though payment was made mid February.

Concerned.
