I recently discovered that Reservation Rewards have been ripping me off for over a year. When I called them I spoke with a women whom did not seem surprised when I told her of the over 700 reports of her company on ripoffreport.com. I guess that was not the first time she has heard that. She claims my money will be refunded in 3-5 business days. I am a little leery because she did not put up too much of a fight and I am not the most aggressive person. So we will see what happens. If any of you have signed up for classmates.com you need to keep an eye on your credit card statement because that is where she claims I signed up for the scam.

Well it only took me four days and one phone call and I received a full refund.My advice is that when you call sound very disgruntled and don't give them a chance to speak.I guess it is a little early to celebrate we will see on the twenty-sixth of this whether or not they kept their grubby little paws out of my bank account.Thank you ripoff reports,because without you I would have never known how to go about getting my money back.I will recommend this site to everyone I know when they have a dispute with a company.
