For some time I been reading about the incredible abuse, extorsion, manipulation and misleading practices that resellerratings.com has been using to affect online merchants, this is, if you are ok paying almost $1,500 a month to get more reviews in their low producing traffic to your site. Hoping those new for profit review will be good ones.

I noticed that they increasing their fees ( for no service upgrade of any kind ) since Google added to their top list of companies that can show reviews on google shopping.

Try to contact them as a non-paying merchant and you will see the results. They have thousands of false review that only intend to affect a seller that refused to give something for free to one of the chronic abusive "buyers" that merchants have to deal with everyday.

Every well known markeplace like eBay or Amazon have ways to deal with abusive "buyers" who seem to have fund absusing sellers, they are fully aware of abuses and they have placed mechanisms to avoid negative reviews or claims but ResellerRatings.com does not seem to profit from the truth and realistic situations that happen everyday.

What is more shocking is the fact that no matter how many good reviews you have in many sites, if someone gives you One single negative review in ResellerRatings.com, then it will show in the very top of your browser, almost like a pop-up window that never goes away. This is a clear manipulation from both Google.com and ResellerRatings.com, because Google has created this misleading ratings system where merchants have no choice to reply or remove false ratings and ResellerRatings.com for allowing so many false reviews by abusive "buyers", and what is the way you will move those "negative reviews" down to the bottom? If you pay ResellerRatings thousand of dollars in hope that someone will leave you some good reviews that may minimize the bad percetage.

I thank God for the RipOffReport.com which allows merchants to report this type of abuse and if you search online you can still find many links that Google, the ResellerRatings partner has not yet deleted, where hundreds of affected merchants can tell you that ResellerRatings.com is a bad service. You can also see a report from the New York Times about how bad ResellerRatings is for merchants and buyers and how abusive their system is. Something like this is a Rip Off and must be placed in the RipoffRepor Hall of Shame.

Why are we reporting ResellerRatings.com, because we are part of the many merchants affected.
