Reservation Rewards / JC Whitney Jeep Parts Reservation Ripp-Off condoned by JC Whitney Shelton Connecticut

I ordered Jeep parts from JC Whitney back in Sept. 2007 and recently found out Reservation Rewards had been stealing money from my back account via my debit card with the approval of JC Whitney.

You: They have been ripping me off ever since I ordered Jeep parts from you back in Sept. 07.

You: Tell me a little about Reservation Rewards.
Jen: When you place an order online, a pop-up for Reservation Rewards comes up when the last page loads. It is a 3rd party affiliate company that offers you $10 off your next JC Whitney order when you sign up. The $10 is not provided by JC Whitney. You must contact Reservation Rewards for all further information including cancellation of the service.
You: I thought your company has a privacy guarantee? Well, you surely screwed my privacy. I will do no further business with JC Whitney, and will tell all my jeep buddies about this..this is illegal.
Jen: It is not illegal as you have to check a box and agree for us to provide them with your information. You have to physically check the box and click the agreement.
You: Jen...
You: You must get this alot...
You: I would bet that I am not the first to complain, wouldn't you agree?
Jen: I'm apologize that you are not satisfied with the service. If you call Reservation Rewards, they will be able to cancel the subscription you signed up for when you placed your JCWhitney order.
You: Reservation Rewards is refunding all of my money so this tells me one thing...they don't have a leg to stand on..you know it, they know it, and JCWhitney condones it. Thanks for your honesty.
