The bank says that Reservation Rewards took 12.00 out of my sons account and this caused a overdraft of 29.00 in addition to the 12.00 for some service neither of us have heard of. They somehow got his banking information without our authorization and just put on charges. I am joining others in the search for a class action lawsuit on this matter. I want this straightened out immediately and my sons bank account cleared of their wrong doing. It should be against the law to steal from someones account.

We have contacted the company, first my son did by phone and they said they were sorry and would reverse the charge. They did not do that at all and just lied. I have contacted them by email and have received no response. I think this is a fly by night company that is targeting anyone's info they can get their hands on to take money from them. The real scam is they claim to be a fraud protecting company at their website!!! Yah right!
