Reservation Rewards Unauthorized charges on credit card Shelton, Connecticut

I noticed unauthorized charges on my credit card. I called Reservation Rewards and was told that they received my information after I purchased airline tickets online. I informed them that I never at any time authorized these charges. They told me they could refund me 4 months, but when I told them I was going to the BBB & attorney general they said they would send an affidavit online to fill out and return to get the rest of my money refunded. The charges had dated back from 2009. I did a little research of this company and noticed many others have had problems with this as well. I informed the customer service representative of that as well.  I have since filed a complaint with the CT. BBB and will do so with the Attorney General as well.
