In November 2008 I noticed a $12 Dollar charge on my credit card from Reservation Reward Shelton, CT. I couln't understand where it came from.

Only because I do some stuff with ebay and ordering wholesale stuff, I became aware of Ripoff Report. I decided to punch Reservation Reward into there searsh browser. Bang there it was Reservation Reward fraudulant activity not only 48 reports to look at, but alledgedly 1,800 reports filed, One of the reports alledges TigerDirect.com and Reservation Reward.

Last month October 2008 I order a hard drive from TigerDirect.com, I'm really not sure how ReservationReward got my credit card Information. After a e-mail to TigerDirect.com, TigerDirect says that I signed up for something on there web site; thats totally untrue. I purchased a Hard drive and I never signed up for anything. This is how Reservation Reward got my credit card information, I guess they are some third party merchant company who is allowed by web sites like TigerDirect to have your credit card information.

I just couldn't and can't understand how TigerDirect would do something like that, believing my credit card informtion would be keep confidential. This after 8 years of on and off ordering stuff from them. Basically they dropped the ball, I will never order from them again, and niether will I shoot any of my friends there way, again... Bang there it was Reservation Reward fraudulant activity not only 48 reports to look at, but alledgedly 1,800 reports filed. My fiance ordered some Advantex from Petmeds.com with my credit card. She filled out a ten dollar coupon off of her next order from Petmeds.com. It did not ask for anymore credit card information and nothing about signing up for anything else. Reservation Reward was not even mention, at least not where she could see it. I called Reservation Rewards and they said they would credit my card for the $12.00...Now I also ordered some stuff from Tigerdirect.com and resently found that they to also allow Reservation Rewards to have your credit card information. The fact is Petmeds.com and TigerDirect.com allow third party merchants like Reservation Reward to have your credit card information...While your under the impression, rightfully! that your credit card information is being held confidetially.
