I received an email from Reservation Rewards informing me that I am registered as a member. I have no recollection of this although I often make travel arrangements via the internet. I also have been dunned a monthly charge of $9.00.
Fortunately, I am shown as having been registered for only one month. I did cancel my "benefits" on line. However, in reading the fine print of the "agreement" on their website, it states that notice must be given verbally or in a posted letter. Sounds like an attempt to mislead folks into believing that they have terminated the agreement when in fact it is still in effect until the phone call is made or the letter received.
I hope this company goes under!
