I hired RESI January, 2017 to create custom website and to move my old website into their platform and ended up firing them in November 2017, because I still did not have a website and have had to hire someone else to do this for me. After paying them big money upfront and them promising the website would be completed in 3 months I only got to see the dev site in September! After meeting with them early October and giving them changes, nothing was done and after 5 weeks decided to fire them.
Their communication is horrible, they do not respond to emails, they act as if they are the client and not you and then they are very rude. I am trying to get money back for the services they did not complete, but knowing them and their lack of professionalism I am not counting on them doing the right thing.
