I should have gottern a clue when he kept calling me, but he seem so nice and sincere and appeared like he knew what he was talking about, but here it is, Whereas I was not aware in the beginning about Loan-to-Value ratio, he certainly should have known and should have told me (like I was told before), there are programs you are eligible for but we don't do them so that I could have gone elsewhere but no he jump right in there pushing me to get an appraisal so he could get the party started only the appraisal came back much lower than my house is value at, he told me $400 for the appraisal instead of $450 and agreed to pay the fifty back to me in a gift card, Well that never happen, and this came with the phone being hung up on meand , so what do I have. well let me tell you what I don't have is $450 and no refinancing, He wasted my time and he knew he was wasting my time...and he owe me $50
