Rents out uninsured rental units. The house was not cleaned when we moved in and on top of that have been living in a house that we shouldn't of been living in due to health hazards (attic never tested after fire ) black mould found in our house. When asked to have something done with the attic or anything else we never would get a response or if we did it was weeks later. Horrible dealing with anyone on this office. Someone had to come out before Christmas because of a leak we were told that she had to drop everything right before Christmas to come check it out . If you run a rental management company I thought that was kind of your job to respond and fix things wrong with these units. And I mean it wasn't like we demanded her to come right then and there was simply just letting her know that there was a leak. Also management there never seem to know anything going on with the rental units like apparently she didn't even know our home was uninsured still ! I would have loved to get my damage deposit back . But apparently that isn't going to happen which is ridiculous considering I have pictures of that place when I first moved in before I had to clean the the house myself. But apparently she hears that all the time. So sickened with the way she handles things and seems totally clueless about anything going on with her company or should I say company's

 This company is a joke we never smoked inside the property and I don't even smoke so nice try there we had the house professionally cleaned and it isn't the tenants responsibility to do the job of the insurance company which oh ya there was no insurance because you guys don't do your job. That houses insulation wasn't changed and the people who cleaned the vents didn't even do it properly because there was still debris in them. I have also talked to other people who are tenants and have personal messages from them saying this company did nothing for anyone during the fire.... greed is all that runs this company and Kathy bowers is a scum landlord and there are many people who think it!

 This particular tenant had no issues until he decided he wanted to break his lease and was told he had to fulfill the commitment of the lease. The home was cleared by a health inspector and no mould was found other than dirt from the tenant. The tenant should have worked with their own insurance company and management if they had any issues rather then wait until they broke the lease followed by calling health inspector and slandering the owner and management on social media. Why were we not contacted earlier if they had a concern? To complain 9 months after a incident is a bit late and only goes to show what this tenant was really about. There was no mention of them moving into a dirty place or this property was unsafe. The security deposit did not cover the dirt they left behind from smoking as well as cleaning up after their dog. With regards to the leak. Of course management would come out immediately after the report of a leak. (Christmas Eve) Tenants did not want the leak fixed until after the Christmas holidays. At that time ((7 months later) still no mention of being dissatisfied. They then followed up with a call in the new year saying they were moving out at the end of their lease and rather disturb the tenancy, they asked us to wait until they moved out.(again, no mention of concern) Tenants chose to break the lease, left the place dirty and posted vulgar messages taped to the walls for the owner and management to view. Ie: "Kathy is a c***", "f*** management" Then has his friends who management has never worked with post negative reviews on social media. The security deposit was used to clean up after they left as they smoked inside the home as well as broke their lease therefore leaving the owner short. Thank you
