BEWARE of this "company". They are REPREHENSIBLE. It is the most shocking display of deceptive practices, unprofessionalisim and rudeness I have ever experienced. I opened a claim with them about a refrigerator 3 months ago. I called them many many times, emailed the requested documents about the claim over and over and over. They appear to have systematic procedures that are there just to delay and dissuade. They couldn't confirm payment for the warranty which I have read in other reviews as them doing all of this. They say that "documents haven't been scanned into the system" and ask you to resend a ridiculous amount of times. They then say they will call me back, or email me which they NEVER do. This went on for months, so I got fed up and left feedback as I should. They then immediately responded with threats to cancel my policy without refund and sue me in court for defamation. They then demand I sign a document promising to only leave positive reviews before they would consider not canceling my policy and giving me the measly buy-out they offered for the refrigerator.

During this debacle the (who I think is the President), Nathan Thornbury has harassed me with insults and threats over and over about my feedback, has accused me of fraud, called us many derogatory names and behaved in such a manner that is bewildering. This type of behavior is terrible and this type of company should not be in existence. I purchased a warranty so if something happened it would be resolved. Not sued, harassed and even threatened with bodily harm from a president of a company! Shameful! If you are even considering offering this company to your client or for yourself, first consider all of the complaints filed against them on BBB, also the reviews on here and their Facebook Page...then run for the hills!
