I hired Josh Bennett on April 8th 2009 as an Aggregate for my Daughters music. her instead assumed the position of Distributor, Market, A/R and manufacturer of my daughter including adding his company as my daughters Label representation. i have asked him to remove himself from any and all correspondence in regards to my daughter and he has refused.
He is Posing as a photographer and model in the Los Angeles area in which he has contact many other artists to represent. His real Name is Timothy Petty JR and has no credit or Drivers License. He has been going to various banks and opening bad business accounts.
He is a pathological liar and cannot be trusted. When I confronted him with his true identity he ket referring to his real name as his assistant. He has no assistant. Timothy Petty is Josh Bennett. This information was not easily garnished. The threat of calling the police made him act quickly into making a plane reservation and getting out of State.
Protect yourselves and get full credentials before working with any aggregate.
We have no written agreement with the named companies or persons named above. We hire Josh to do simple work and never gave up ownership. He has not delivered on some of the services we've already paid for.

I know the guy from school. He's told me many of the same stories of how he had music companies, modeling companies, he was a photographer, planned great events, and so on. This all seems a bit fishy since he's 24ish and so unless he's very advanced in what he does, I doubt it all. Just recently, he emailed me and my other friends about a thing he started where he was collecting donations to help build wells in villages and that he had donated thousand and thousands of his own money already. That was "great" I thought but I kindly said no I wasn't interested. I'm usually not one to deem someone this, but based on his claims and actions expressed thus far, I would not trust him.

I have recently dealt with this scammer, Timothy Petty. After reading all the other reports on here, he has done the same to me and told me the exact same story. I did some advertising work for him online. He has promised me a check and said he has mailed it multiple times and even offered to give me a Fedex tracking number....but nothing ever happened. Timothy Petty is a scammer! Stay away from him!

i too am a victim of josh bennett,he is home and scamming now in franklin kentucky,and we happen to be the new landlord.theft by deception folony charges i.e. bad checks,have been filed and anyone needing to contact me knows how through this site.i understand he is wanted from california to florida.franklin police are working the case270-586-7766 i belive.timothy ladd petty jr. is his real name have all relevant info but understand i cant post it here.need help contact me.his new partner in crime is rodney rippy from ohio also have all info on him.

I just want to know if there is any more information on Josh? He is always talking about owning this company Remuse and Dulce? I know he never has any money and just supposedly signed papers for a condo in downtown Nashville, The Icon. I really just want to be a little more informed.
