THE SUMMARY FROM THE BB STATES:
Our files contain a pattern of complaints from consumers that allege they are contacted by Resort Timeshare Resales, Inc. and informed they have a perspective client that wants to rent or buy their timeshare. Consumers allege they are instructed to pay between $599.00- $799.99 which would be refunded if Resort Timeshare Resales, Inc. is unable to rent and/or sale their timeshare. Consumers state after paying the initial fee, they wait 3-6 months and still receive no information regarding the sale of their timeshare.
