Resort Timeshare are sales, Inc. Marsha Charles A person named Marsha called us and asked if we wanted to rent our timeshare and she was going to pay us $1,800 for each week but we had to pay $980 as a down payment and I've only had contact with her 2 times then she never answered her phone afterwards to correct paperwork. I received a call from a timeshare agent named Marsha Charles and she asked if i would like to rent our timeshares. She said i would get paid $2,800 each week for the 2 weeks i had of our vacation time from the resort but first i had to pay a down payment of $899. I paid the down payment with my debit card and gave her my contact information. She then told me to fax her my conformation and fix any mistakes she had made. I sent her the corrections but she didn't fix them after I contacted her for the second time. I tried to call her after the second time to fix the information but she never would answer her phone at all any more. I recieved information about the company through mail and tried to contact any part of the company but it when I called it kept saying that the phone number (1-800-444-4456 or 1 954-977-6444) is no longer in service. I don't even receive any call backs at all in any way from the company. I don't know if my weeks have been rented or not.
