The Co. sends a contract after charging your credit card $399. It comes with a $50 cancellation fee. The brochure states that they "represent your property via their website" which has NO LISTINGS - ONLY A WAY FOR THEM TO CONTACT YOU IF YOU WISH TO SELL OR RENT YOUR TIMESHARE!

Hey lady the one that is always giving negative remarks you have no idea what your talking about this company has rented out my weeks every 6 months and even sooner you need to stop making rumors. Please anyone who signs up with this company you are in great hands and I have property listed every year WITH NO PROBLEMS !!!!!!!!
